SuperVision mini: An Advanced Magnifier for the Visually Impaired
SuperVision mini is an advanced magnifier designed to assist visually impaired individuals in their day-to-day activities. Whether you suffer from presbyopia, myopia, or macular diseases, this app can provide invaluable support. To use SuperVision as electronic glasses, simply download the free extension called "SuperVision for cardboard."
With SuperVision, users have easy control over zoom, contrast, and color modes. The app supports three natural and seven synthetic color models, allowing users to customize their visual experience. Additionally, the app can be used in dark environments by activating the smartphone's flash.
By touching the screen, users can access a set of large buttons for adjusting the view. These buttons include options for contrast, flash, reset, pause, color mode, and zoom. The app also seamlessly integrates with the accessibility system of Android, making it fully compatible with TalkBack.
SuperVision mini is developed by the Mobile Vision Research Lab and Neosistec, with partial funding from Generalitat Valenciana and MIMECO. The collaboration with VI associations ONCE and RetiMur further enhances the app's accessibility and functionality.
